I need to change my pickup time, what do I do?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! If you would have picked it up today, call or text the phone number in your confirmation email. If the order is for later in the week, use our contact form to tell us. Either way, include your name and order number. We’ll put your order in storage so you can pick it up later!
I want a special cut, and you don't have it online! How do I order?
Want a skin-on pork roast, a Tomahawk steak or some other special order? We’re happy to cut you something special, but as they are cuts that aren’t normally available, please use our contact form to make arrangements.
I want to order for a particular day, will you be open?
Yes! We’ve blocked out the days that Getaway Farm is closed in the pick-up calendar to avoid booking mishaps. If something slips through the cracks, we will call you as soon as possible.
What happens if I miss my order date?
We’ll contact you to see what happened and reschedule your pick-up for another day.
